Sales Representative

We are looking for energetic and bold freshers who are eager to kick-start their career in sales. As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in creating awareness about our turnkey construction services. This is a great opportunity to build your communication skills and gain real-time exposure to sales and client engagement in the booming real estate and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate cold calls to potential customers and explain our construction services confidently.
• Engage leads via WhatsApp, calls, and other digital mediums to generate interest and convert prospects.
• Follow up daily with all assigned leads to maintain strong engagement and build trust.
• Maintain and update lead status in the CRM or internal tracking systems.
• Assist in generating and qualifying leads for the sales team to take forward.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align messaging and improve outreach.
• Maintain a positive and professional tone in all client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Freshers only (No prior experience required; training will be provided).
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory).
• Must be confident and bold in speaking with new people.
• Passionate about sales, communication, and customer interaction.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.
• Must be proactive, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and internet research is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
