About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and bold *freshers* who are eager to kick-start their career in sales. As a *Junior Pre-Sales Executive*, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in creating awareness about our turnkey construction services. This is a great opportunity to build your communication skills and gain real-time exposure to sales and client engagement in the booming real estate and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Initiate *cold calls* to potential customers and explain our construction services confidently.

* Engage leads via *WhatsApp, **calls*, and other digital mediums to generate interest and convert prospects.

* *Follow up daily* with all assigned leads to maintain strong engagement and build trust.

* Maintain and update lead status in the CRM or internal tracking systems.

* Assist in generating and qualifying leads for the sales team to take forward.

* Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align messaging and improve outreach.

* Maintain a positive and professional tone in all client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* *Freshers only* (No prior experience required; training will be provided).

* Strong verbal communication skills in *English* and *Kannada* (mandatory).

* Must be confident and *bold in speaking* with new people.

* Passionate about sales, communication, and customer interaction.

* Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.

* Must be proactive, energetic, and self-motivated.

* Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and internet research is a plus.
