We are looking for energetic and bold freshers who are eager to kick-start their career in sales. As a Junior Pre-Sales Executive , you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in creating awareness about our turnkey construction services. This is a great opportunity to build your communication skills and gain real-time exposure to sales and client engagement in the booming real estate and construction industry. Role & responsibilities Initiate cold calls to potential customers and explain our construction services confidently. Engage leads via WhatsApp , calls , and other digital mediums to generate interest and convert prospects. Follow up daily with all assigned leads to maintain strong engagement and build trust. Maintain and update lead status in the CRM or internal tracking systems. Assist in generating and qualifying leads for the sales team to take forward. Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align messaging and improve outreach. Maintain a positive and professional tone in all client interactions. Preferred candidate profile Freshers only (No prior experience required; training will be provided). Strong verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory). Must be confident and bold in speaking with new people. Passionate about sales, communication, and customer interaction. Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence. Must be proactive, energetic, and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and internet research is a plus.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Associate (BDA) to lead our interior sales efforts. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in B2C sales, with a proven track record of lead conversion, client relationship management, and closing high-ticket deals in the home interiors segment. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound leads from multiple sources (walk-ins, online, campaigns, referrals). Conduct detailed consultations with customers to understand their design needs and preferences. Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, updates, and personalized assistance. Educate clients on materials, design process, timelines, and pricing. Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance. Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
