Maintain and update lead status in the CRM or internal tracking systems. Assist in generating and qualifying leads for the sales team to take forward. Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align messaging and improve outreach. Maintain a positive and professional tone in all client interactions. Preferred candidate profile Freshers only (No prior experience required; training will be provided). Strong verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory).
