We Are Hiring: Site Engineer (Mechanical) Job Location: Kharkhoda (Maruti Plant) Experience: 2–5 Years Salary: ₹25,000/- – ₹40,000/- per month Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Site Engineer to oversee and manage mechanical works at our project site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all mechanical systems are installed and function according to design, quality, safety, and environmental standards. This role involves hands-on site management, coordination with various teams, and ensuring timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Manage site resources, including manpower, equipment, and tools. • Supervise and coordinate work for a team of approximately 30–40 workers. • Coordinate effectively with the client and internal factory teams. • Plan and manage site materials to ensure timely availability. • Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules. • Maintain daily site progress and activity reports using computer systems. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site safety standards. • Possess sound technical knowledge in mechanical fabrication, welding, and materials such as mild steel and stainless steel. • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Knowledge of Engineering Drawings is a must • Availability: Immediate - 15 Days Joiner Preferred Skills Required: • Strong organisational and leadership abilities. • Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools. • Technical knowledge in mechanical processes and materials. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site..
