Site Engineer

As a Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in project execution, ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will encompass site assessment, project management, quality control, materials management, and safety enforcement. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and various stakeholders to deliver successful agricultural projects that empower farmers and enhance crop production. Department : Operations Reporting to : Project Manager Project Location : As per the Project requirement Base Location : Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India Minimum Work Experience : 2 years Post Qualification Minimum Education Required : Graduate in Civil Engineering, Agricultural engineering or a related field Certification/Training Preferred : Prefab Structures Experience Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site inspections to assess project requirements, site conditions, and feasibility. Collaborate with the Project Manager to determine project scope, timelines, and resources needed. Execute the construction of polyhouses and related structures according to approved plans and specifications. Ensure the timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations. Ensuring that project deliverables are achieved within the approved budget. Oversee the installation of irrigation and climate control systems within the structures. Implement quality control measures to maintain construction standards and meet project specifications. Coordinate with suppliers and Project manager and ensure the timely availability of all materials and equipment on-site. Enforce safety procedures and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all project personnel. Maintain detailed project records, including daily progress reports, materials used, and labor hours. Collaborate with the Project Manager, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project-related issues and maintain effective communication channels.
