Site Co-ordination, Planning & Material Management

Purpose/Objective

The role of Site Co-ordination, Planning & Material Management is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution of transmission and distribution projects in Gwalior. This position is responsible for optimizing material flow, coordinating site activities, and driving operational efficiency to support the business unit’s strategic goal of expanding India’s most efficient power distribution network. The role aligns with Adani Group’s mission to deliver world-class energy solutions and contribute to the vision of 'Power for All'.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Responsibilities • Coordinate site activities to ensure timely execution of transmission and distribution projects. • Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. • Monitor and analyze staff performance, addressing deficiencies to improve operational efficiency. • Manage material procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted project progress. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project execution with business priorities. • Utilize advanced technologies and tools to streamline site operations and material management. • Prepare and present progress reports to the CPO, highlighting key milestones and challenges. • Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational protocols at project sites. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with site coordination and material management. • Support the business unit’s expansion initiatives by optimizing resource utilization and project execution.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. • 5–8 years of experience in site coordination, planning, and material management within the transmission and distribution sector. • Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
