Technical exposure/skill:Rich and quality exposure in Manufacturing in addition to the areas of:New plant & machinery planning & execution. Production Plan and Management System. Production Resource planning and Management. Practical knowledge for ensuring all regulatory compliances. Production process management including lean manufacturing & batch production. Production KPIs & Dashboards. Evaluation of new product and sign off prior to launch of volume production. Analysis of root cause and developing counter measure. Suggest and implement countermeasures to reduce production waste. Analysis of data and inference for corrective/ preventive action. Good working Knowledge of standard Production machinery in Sheet Metal, PCB. Assembly, Cable Assembly & Product integration, and testing.
