Description:
Technical exposure/skillRich and quality exposure in Manufacturing in addition to the areas ofNew plant & machinery planning & execution. Production Plan and Management System. Production Resource planning and Management. Practical knowledge for ensuring all regulatory compliances. Production process management including lean manufacturing & batch production. Production KPIs & Dashboards. Evaluation of new product and sign off prior to launch of volume production. Analysis of root cause and developing counter measure. Suggest and implement countermeasures to reduce production waste. Analysis of data and inference for corrective/ preventive action. Good working Knowledge of standard Production machinery in Sheet Metal, PCB. Assembly, Cable Assembly & Product integration, and testing. Special exposure to. contract manufacturing of Electro-mechanical products. Core competency areasGood analytical ability and creative thinking. Good communication & leadership skills. Problem solving and decision making. A positive mind and attitude for Continuous Improvement. Professional Background :B Tech from good engineering institute in /Mechanical/ Electronics /Industrial or production with MBA in Production/ Operations management.Must have good academic background with thorough grasp of engineering. fundamentals and knowledge of Sheet Metal, PCBA, Electro-mechanical production. Implementation knowledge of ISO, Environment, Health & Safety standards is essential.
