Job Description

Analyze and prioritize orders, aged orders, demos, new dealer orders and all business critical inventory movements to maximize retail sales
Provide business analysis, data and support to maximize business unit results and support new business initiatives
Own the ship execution to deliver the dealer ship goals and adjacent ship requirements.
Support new product launch allocations and ongoing dealer order replenishment
Review and approve orders daily
Monitor aging order alerts and action
Collect key data inputs and place manual orders
Modify and cancel orders
Key data entry to execute credit and rebills
Monitor shared inbox and respond to inquiries related to product availability
Partner with logistics teams to obtain shipping timelines and arrange shipments
Develop basic understanding of order prioritization hierarchy and execute order prioritization activities
Special event support (ex: rallies)
Model year transition support

Partners with the broader SIOP team to support implement continual improvement opportunities:

Utilizes systems and processes to improve efficiencies & data accuracy across the value stream
Supports key KPIs to drive improvement
Perform special projects and other duties as needed; partner with cross-functional and divisional teams

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Four-year business degree preferred
3-5 years experience in analytical role required
Must possess excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Must have the ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Must have strong PC software knowledge, advanced ability in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Must have strong relational database skills and experience working in large data warehouses
