Role Overview

We are seeking a

Siebel Integration Specialist (ISA 1)

with extensive experience in

Siebel EIM and CSW

. The candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of Siebel EIM solutions, ensuring seamless integration between Siebel CRM and other enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical expertise in Siebel CRM architecture, configuration, and scripting, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Siebel EIM solutions for seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for Siebel EIM and CSW projects.
  • Customize and configure Siebel CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Service, Contact Center) using CSW tools.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and scripting guidelines.
  • Perform data migration from legacy systems to Siebel CRM, ensuring data integrity and minimal operational disruption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Siebel EIM and CSW, providing root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Siebel CRM releases and updates, applying relevant advancements to enhance client solutions.

Mandatory Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM implementation, customization, and support, with a focus on EIM and CSW.
  • In-depth knowledge of Siebel CRM architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities, particularly in EIM and CSW.
  • Proven track record of managing Siebel EIM and CSW projects from planning to go-live.
  • Strong proficiency with Siebel Tools, Siebel Workflow, and scripting languages such as Siebel eScript or VBScript.
