Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled

Siebel Developer

with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in

Siebel Configuration, Scripting, and Workflow Development

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and customizing Siebel applications, ensuring smooth integrations, and optimizing performance in line with business requirements.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

Strong hands-on experience in Siebel Configuration, Scripting, and Workflow Design.
Proficiency in Siebel Tools, Business Services, and Siebel Order Management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize Siebel applications using Siebel Tools and Scripting.
Create and manage Workflows, Business Services, and Integration Objects.
Work on Siebel Order Management and Product Configuration enhancements.
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Siebel applications.
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Support deployment, testing, and production issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to development standards, documentation, and best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

In-depth knowledge of Siebel Architecture and Configuration.
Strong SQL skills and understanding of database design.
Experience in application performance optimization and troubleshooting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good To Have Skills

Experience with Siebel Product Configuration and extending Siebel functionality.
Familiarity with integration technologies such as Web Services, EAI, and middleware platforms.
Knowledge of PL/SQL procedures and database concepts.
Exposure to Siebel Telecom Applications (preferably higher versions with Siebel Workspaces).
