Siebel Developer

We are seeking a Siebel Developer to configure and customize Siebel CRM applications, including screens, views, applets, workflows, and business services.

The role involves developing scripts (eScript/VB), EBCs/VBCs, and implementing integrations using Web Services and REST APIs.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Siebel development with strong skills in Siebel Order Management, Product Administration, EIM, SQL/PL-SQL, and performance tuning. Collaboration with designers and testers to ensure high-quality delivery is essential.

Role & responsibilities

1. Configure and customize Siebel CRM applications.

2. Configure Siebel screens, views, applets

3. Develop scripts (eScript, VB Script) and VBCs/EBCs.

4. Implement Siebel workflows, Business services and Open UI.

5. Develop Inbound/Outbound integration using WebServices, Rest APIs.

6. Conduct code review, troubleshoot issues and optimize performance .

7. Perform unit testing and fix defects.

8. Collaborate with designers and testers for smooth delivery.

9. Experience on Siebel Product Administration and dynamic pricing

10. Strong Knowledge of Siebel Order Management, SIS OM PMT methods

11. Strong knowledge on the EIM and unix processes

12. Knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL and RDBMS (Oracle/SQL Server).

13. Debugging and performance tuning skills.

14. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Siebel CRM development

Preferred candidate profile

1. Strong Knowledge of Siebel Configuration, Views/Screens/BC/BO

2. Strong Knowledge of Siebel workflows, scripting, EBCs/VBCs

3. Experience on Siebel Integration, Webservices and REST APIs.

4. Experience on Siebel Order Management, Products and Pricing

5. Knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL and RDBMS (Oracle/SQL Server)

6. Familiarity with telecom processes (e.g.order process, service activation, billing)

7. Experience on Siebel Open UI

8. Experience with performance optimization, debugging tools, and Siebel debugging techniques
