Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Prefered Localite Person) Position Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹8,000–₹12,000/month + Incentives (Freshers may also welcome) Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Sales Executive to join our home interior showroom in Bhopal. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their design needs, and providing tailored product recommendations to enhance their living spaces. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their requirements and guiding them through our product offerings. Product Presentation: Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of various home interior products, including furniture, lighting, and décor items. Sales Conversion: Drive sales by effectively addressing customer needs, overcoming objections, and closing sales. Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Qualifications: Education: Minimum 12th grade; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Prior experience in retail or sales is advantageous. Communication Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Presentation: Well-groomed with a professional appearance; good looks are essential for this role. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Desired Attributes: Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with customers Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for design aesthetics and showroom presentation. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
