Showroom Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers visiting the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to close sales.
• Process sales orders, handle billing, and ensure timely delivery coordination.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, stock availability, and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with inventory and backend staff for smooth operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass; a diploma or degree in any field is an advantage.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail/showroom sales (Freshers can apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and billing software.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Sales-driven attitude with the ability to meet targets.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in [industry-specific showroom, e.g., jewellery, electronics, apparel].
• Multilingual ability is an added advantage in customer-facing roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
