Job Description / Responsibilities: Oversee daily showroom operations including sales, team coordination, stock management, and customer service. Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets. Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed explanations on products, insurance, and financing options. Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels. Utilize social media platforms to promote products, post pictures, videos, and customer feedback. Organize and participate in outdoor marketing and promotional activities. Maintain high standards of showroom appearance and customer experience. Desired Candidate Profile: Strong passion for the automotive industry and eagerness to learn about new automotive products and technologies. Excellent communication skills with an ability to handle customers positively and professionally in diverse environments. Demonstrated ability to simplify technical explanations related to products, insurance, and finance for customers. Computer literate with skills to manage digital marketing and social media postings. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
