Showroom Sales Manager

A Showroom Sales Manager oversees showroom operations, manages and trains sales staff, develops and implements sales strategies to meet targets, and ensures high customer satisfaction. Key duties include maintaining a visually appealing showroom, monitoring sales data, managing inventory, coordinating with marketing, and handling customer complaints. The role requires strong leadership, sales, and organizational skills. Core responsibilities Staff management: Lead, train, and mentor the sales team, setting and monitoring performance goals. Sales strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, promotional activities, and creative marketing strategies. Customer service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing relationships and handling complaints effectively. Showroom operations: Maintain showroom standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product displays. Performance analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and report results to senior management to make informed decisions. Inventory and product: Manage showroom inventory, ensure product availability, and maintain an in-depth knowledge of products. Required skills and qualifications Proven experience in a sales environment, with a strong sales background. Management and leadership experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably within the building materials industry. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
