Job Description / Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily workshop activities ensuring smooth workflow and timely service delivery. Lead and coordinate the workshop team to maintain high-quality service standards. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in Bajaj Chetak EV 2-wheelers using appropriate tools and techniques. Maintain and manage inventory of spare parts and workshop supplies. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all workshop operations. Maintain records of service, repairs, and customer feedback using digital tools. Liaise with customers to explain technical issues and provide timely updates on repair status. Work closely with sales and service teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile: Solid background in mechanical and electrical automotive systems, especially in 2-wheelers. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues related to EV vehicles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Comfortable working with digital systems for inventory, service records, and reporting. Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. Proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.
