Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales
· Warmly welcome and assist showroom walk-in customers — guide them through product options and design possibilities.
· Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend appropriate solutions.
· Present and explain features, benefits, and pricing of modular kitchens, accessories, and premium hardware products
· Convert enquiries into sales through consultative selling and closing techniques.
· Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads and secure orders.
Product Expertise
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all showroom products including modular kitchen systems, decorative hardware, kitchen accessories, appliances and fittings.
· Explain product specifications and customization options confidently.
Showroom Operations
· Prepare and present professional quotations, proposals, and product literature.
·Coordinate with design and installation teams to assist customers with their project execution.
· Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
Qualifications:
· Education: Graduation in any discipline
Experience & Eligibility Criteria:
· Strong communication skills (Gujarati/Hindi/English).
· Excellent customer handling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
· Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude.
· Basics of MS Office / CRM would be beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
