Job Description

The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating products, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining showroom presentation, and providing excellent after-sales support.

Job Location - Kavugal and Puthanathani

Preferably Looking for Male candidate

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Engagement

  • Greet customers as they enter the showroom and identify their requirements.
  • Provide detailed information on products, features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and help customers compare options.

2. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Generate sales by effectively converting customer inquiries into purchases.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell related products to maximize revenue.

3. Showroom Management

  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Arrange product displays and update promotional materials.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams for replenishment.

4. Customer Service

  • Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
  • Provide after-sales support and coordinate timely delivery or installation.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and order documentation.
  • Communicate customer feedback to management for improvement.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in retail, showroom, or direct sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
  • Customer-focused attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
