Job Description – Showroom Receptionist (Female Only)

Position Objective

To create a welcoming environment for showroom visitors, manage front-desk operations, and support the sales team by ensuring smooth customer flow and communication.

Key Responsibilities (Result-Wise)

1. Front Desk & Customer Greeting

  • Welcome all visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Direct customers to the right sales executive or department.
  • Result: Positive first impression and improved customer satisfaction.

2. Call & Inquiry Management

  • Answer incoming calls, handle basic inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
  • Record walk-in and telephonic inquiries accurately.
  • Result: Reduced missed leads and improved inquiry handling efficiency.

3. Customer Support & Coordination

  • Provide brochures, product information, and basic guidance to customers.
  • Assist customers while they wait, ensuring comfort.
  • Result: Better showroom experience and higher likelihood of sales conversion.

4. Administration & Documentation

  • Maintain visitor log, inquiry register, and appointment schedules.
  • Support sales team with billing, data entry, and follow-up reminders when needed.
  • Result: Organized records and smooth coordination with sales operations.

5. Store Ambience & Professionalism

  • Keep reception area clean, presentable, and welcoming.
  • Adhere to grooming and professional standards.
  • Result: Enhanced showroom image and customer trust.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
  • Languages: Local + Hindi/English preferred.

Performance Metrics (KRA/KPI)

  • Customer greeting & handling score (from mystery audits/feedback).
  • Accuracy of inquiry data & call logs.
  • Response time to calls and inquiries.
  • Customer satisfaction rating at front desk.
  • Showroom reception upkeep score.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
