Job Description

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Showroom Receptionist to welcome visitors, manage front desk operations, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and visitors in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the showroom's appearance and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Assist customers with basic information regarding products, services, and promotions.
Schedule appointments or demonstrations as needed.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
Monitor visitor flow and manage customer waiting areas.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role—preferably in a showroom setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Dip/Degree-Female Candidates Preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
