About the Role

Shopify Tech Director

Core Responsibilities:

• Client-Facing Problem Solving:

   

Support account managers and client development teams with real-time technical expertise, ensuring challenges are solved efficiently during client interactions.

• Technical Lead (Klaviyo & Shopify):

   

Act as the technical lead across all Klaviyo accounts and Shopify builds.

• Headless & Custom Development Support: Provide technical solutions for:

Headless Shopify (Hydrogen) implementations

Shopify Liquid customizations

Advanced API integrations

Third-party app connections and workflows

• Audit & Optimization:

Conduct comprehensive Klaviyo account audits to identify improvements, optimizations, and strategic opportunities for enterprise-level clients.

• Advanced Setup & Integrations:

   

Assist with complex Klaviyo setups, custom integrations, and audience segmentation tailored for enterprise needs.

• Analytics & Reporting:

   

Run performance analytics, prepare technical reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for campaign and platform optimization.

• Strategic Alignment:

Ensure all technical execution aligns with RevScale’s service goals and enterprise client expectations.

Skills & Expertise

• Shopify (Liquid & Hydrogen) – Headless architecture & advanced customizations
• Klaviyo (Advanced flows, segmentation, API-level integration)
• API Development & Integrations (REST, GraphQL)
• E-commerce architecture & technical troubleshooting
• Strategic technical consulting for enterprise D2C brands
