Shopify App Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Shopify apps (public & private).
• Integrate Shopify with third-party platforms and APIs.
• Optimize app performance, scalability, and security.
• Work with Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React/Node.js).
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Stay updated with Shopify’s latest features, API changes, and app store guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  6 years of professional experience

  in Shopify app development.
• Strong knowledge of

  Shopify APIs (REST & GraphQL)

  and webhooks.
• Proficiency in

  Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, React, or Vue.js

  .
• Solid understanding of backend development (PHP, Node.js, or Ruby).
• Experience with

  database design and management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)

  .
• Familiarity with

  OAuth, authentication flows, and app deployment

  in Shopify App Store.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  Shopify Plus

  and custom checkout solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Contribution to open-source projects or Shopify community apps.
