Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations during the assigned shift
Supervise kitchen staff, delivery executives, and helpers
Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and hygiene standards
Monitor order preparation, packaging, and timely dispatch
Handle staff attendance, shift allocation, and discipline
Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly
Maintain inventory, stock levels, and wastage control
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and safety guidelines
Prepare basic shift reports and handover notes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduation (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in QSR, cloud kitchen, or food service operations
Good leadership and team-handling skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Basic computer knowledge (POS, Excel preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
