The candidate will have excellent communications skills. Mission Statement Our mission is to ensure the safe and efficient production of Bushings by meticulously managing materials, personnel, and equipment. We are committed to maintaining precise data logs for each process, analyzing data to keep each cycle within defined limits, and rigorously examining the daily output as per production plan with highest safety and quality standards. Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex. Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders. Your Responsibilities Ensure the shift operation is run in compliance with health & safety policies and guidelines of Hitachi energy. Shift Monitoring - Assisting management and shift team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing shift orders and work plan execution within production lines during the shift. Review material availability on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Providing regular feedback and makes recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including production line organization, shifting priorities and possible critical situations. Coordinating with different functions (i.e. Planning, Purchase, Quality and Project management) for smooth operation. Serving as leader during shifts to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical/quality problems and logistic issues. Metrics Reinforces focus on volume, efficiency and on time delivery based on weekly and monthly planning. Your Background Degree in engineering / Diploma / B.E / B.tech in Electrical / Mechanical engineering Relevant experience of 6-8 years in casting process OR equivalent process with overall experience not exceeding 10 years. Experience in Epoxy casting Industry will be added an advantage. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
