Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Incharge located in Tiruchirappalli. The Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their shift, ensuring that production targets are met and safety protocols are followed. They will manage a team of workers, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure the smooth functioning of machinery. The Shift Incharge will also monitor performance metrics and report any issues to higher management.

Qualifications

Strong supervisory and team management skills
Knowledge of production processes and safety protocols
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work in shifts and handle on-site responsibilities
Effective communication and reporting skills
Experience in the wind energy sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high levels of performance
