Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Incharge located in Ludhiana East. The Shift Incharge will oversee daily operations, manage teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate workflow to ensure efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling administrative tasks, problem-solving on the spot, and maintaining communication with upper management to provide updates and feedback on performance.
