Shift Incharge – Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)Job Summary: As a Shift Incharge in the QSR industry, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. Your primary duties include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and handling inventory and cash management. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during the shift Ensure high-quality customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards as per company policy Handle shift scheduling, staff training, and task delegation Manage inventory levels and place requisitions when required Oversee billing operations and reconcile daily cash and sales reports Ensure adherence to operational and brand standards Act as the point of contact between kitchen and service teams Maintain a safe and productive working environment Key Skills: Team leadership and people management Strong customer service orientation Time management and multitasking Conflict resolution Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory handling Familiarity with food safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP) Typical Experience: 2–3 years in a supervisory or team leader role in the QSR, food service, or hospitality industry
