Job Description

1.

JOB PURPOSE

To plan, execute control and improve the available production facility, process and practices of Service Center to ensure Quality Safe Production; maximize compliances towards Production Sales ABP

2.

1

Prepare Execute Production Plan
  • As per guidelines Finalization/Prioritization of Daily/Weekly Production Plan.
  • Finalization monitoring of minimum order level quantity for Production related consumables e.g. Packing, m/c related etc.
  • Deployment of line-wise manpower
  • Assist for Line balancing based on Product Mix
  • Take initiatives to Maximize OEE (Original Equipment Effectiveness)

Adherence to Safety Rules Practices
  • Safety Training to all employees
  • Identification of safety hazards
  • Initiate fool proofing on m/c by Pokayoke, Kaizen Visual Management
  • To ensure availability usage of PPEs

Continuous Improvement in Customer Satisfaction Index
  • Proper Implementation of CAPA (Both for internal or customer complaints)
  • Periodic Review of Process Control Related Documents e.g. Control Plan, FMEA etc.
  • Communication of Customer Specific Requirements to all concerned
  • To prepare all documents of QMS related to QMS
  • Training to department members
  • To participate in Internal Audits
  • To provide Action Plan if any NC or Observation in Internal or external audit

To implement monitor Shop Floor Management Practices
  • To identify finalize proper location for material at shop floor
  • To define standards and implement various checklists for Scientific Shop Floor Management.

To monitor processed material in SAP and Physically
  • To review that shop floor Prime/secondary stock is updated in SAP
  • To participate in Monthly / quarterly stock verification
  • Analysis of audit findings (If any variation observed)

Constant Development of new employees
  • To organize impart Induction Training to all new employees
  • Asssist in updation of skill matrix on quarterly basis and facilitation in organizing imparting CRT OJT
7.
To control reduce cost of Operations per MT
  • Assist in Identification implementation of Cost Saving initiatives
  • Assist in Monitoring control the consumption of Production Consumables
  • Assist in Controlling damage/wastage of m/c/, production related items

Safety
Adhere One Safety Culture , LSGR, 7 Killer Risk
Report at least one Near Miss incident each month to promote proactive safety awareness.
Participate in a minimum of eight Safety Observations monthly to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Contribute ten entries per month in the HSE SFI Portal to support continuous safety improvement.
Actively engage in internal HSE audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Support the plant in achieving its annual safety targets through consistent involvement and collaboration.

2. Suppliers - To give specification and evaluate their processes facilities along with Procurement as per our requirement.
