Shift Incharge - Production

You will be responsible for supervising and managing day-to-day production activities during the shift. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring adherence to cGMP, safety, and quality standards in all production processes. - Managing manpower and allocating tasks effectively to meet production targets. - Monitoring batch processing, documentation, and timely reporting. - Coordinating with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations. - Handling equipment operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed. - Maintaining production records as per regulatory requirements and internal SOPs. - Ensuring compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards. Qualification Required: - B.Sc (Chemistry) / M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) Experience Required: - Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in API Bulk Drug Manufacturing Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of API production processes and equipment - Leadership and team management skills - Understanding of regulatory and documentation requirements (GMP, GDP) - Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities - Good communication and coordination skills The company offers a competitive salary and benefits package as per industry standards and experience.
