Manage and supervise the activities of the shift workforce, ensuring that production targets are met, and that all employees are following established safety guidelines and regulations. 3. Ensure that all shift employees are aware of the company's quality control procedures and that they are adhering to them. 4. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to address these issues. 5. Create and maintain accurate shift reports and records, including production reports, safety records, and inventory reports.
