Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Engineer, located in Mumbai. The Shift Engineer's daily tasks involve overseeing and maintaining the functionality of building systems and infrastructure, performing routine inspections, addressing technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role includes managing preventative maintenance schedules, coordinating with contractors for repairs, and responding to emergency situations.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in Electrical, Mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Experience in maintenance and repair of building systems
• Ability to perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Experience in facilities management or similar role is beneficial
