Job Title: SharePoint Developer Experience Required: 6+ Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer with 6 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (Office 365), SharePoint On-Premise, Power Platform, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, PowerShell, and C#. Build and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, workflows, and custom web parts. Develop solutions using Power Platform tools like PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI. Migrate content from legacy systems or earlier SharePoint versions to SharePoint Online. Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure proper SharePoint governance, security, and best practices are followed. Troubleshoot issues and provide support for SharePoint users. Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides. Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of experience in SharePoint development (2013, 2016, 2019, Online). Strong proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), REST API, CSOM, JSOM. Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS. Experience with Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD). Familiarity with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath (legacy), and PnP PowerShell. Experience with content migration tools like ShareGate or Metalogix is a plus. Strong understanding of SharePoint security and permissions model.
