Job Description

Greetings from Cognizant, We are hiring for multiple SFMC lead developers/ Architects to work across our PAN INDIA locations. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFMC Core Configuration and a strong understanding of Data Quality and Analytics. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects and help drive our companys success. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel. Responsibilities Develop and implement SFMC Core Configuration solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SFMC with other systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SFMC-related issues. Analyze data quality and implement best practices to ensure data integrity. Utilize analytics to derive insights and optimize marketing strategies. Create and maintain documentation for SFMC configurations and processes. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues. Stay updated with the latest SFMC features and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions. Assist in the development of training materials and provide training to end-users. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Contribute to the overall success of the company by driving innovation and efficiency in our marketing processes. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in SFMC Core Configuration. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and experience in data quality management. Have a good understanding of analytics and its application in marketing strategies. Show proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills. Be proactive in staying updated with industry trends and new technologies. Have experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation. Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Be capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Possess a strong problem-solving mindset. Have a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
