Job Description

Experience in ServiceNow Platform and expertise in modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, ITOM
Create new and maintain existing automation test frameworks.
Collect and report quality metrics from test execution.
Establish quality standards and processes.
Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them.
Generate comprehensive test plans, execute and automate them
Experience working within a wide variety of automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG and other open-source projects.
Experience with the agile methodology for software development teams.
Have a deep understanding of various testing techniques (e.g. unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect - including tracking and addressing of any discovered issues.
Strong communication skills

To qualify for the role, you must have

College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in a QA role.
ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory
Having any CIS certification is an add on.
