Job Description

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Solution Implementation

Design and implement ServiceNow-based service management solutions.
Align business requirements with tool functionality.
Prepare presentations and documentation.

Transition Leadership

Lead Tools Workstream during transitions (65% of role).
Oversee solution implementation, manage scope changes, and ensure deliverables.
Support all phases: pursuit, planning, execution, and post go-live.
Handle resource planning, risk escalation, and technical decisions.

Practice Development

Build SI Practice ServiceNow capabilities.
Support pre-sales, bid presentations, and content creation (white papers, business cases).
Train team members on ServiceNow functionality.

Other Activities

Staffing (5%), Project/Deliverables Management (15%), Client Interactions (15%).

Requirements

Technical
:

Deep ServiceNow expertise (5+ years development/support).
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and client/server infrastructure.
Understanding of SNOW configurations and downstream impacts.

Experience
:

3+ years in IT leadership (team lead, PM, or service delivery).

Skills
:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Certifications
:

ServiceNow accreditation preferred.

Education
:

Bachelors in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
