ServiceNow SecOps Developer

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across ServiceNow products, a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, and the ability to drive integration and automation across multiple security tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Development & Implementation:

  Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow SecOps modules, including

  Security Incident Response (SIR)

  and

  Vulnerability Response (VR)

  .

• Workflow Automation:

  Automate security incident response and vulnerability management workflows to enhance speed and efficiency.

• Tool Integration:

  Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with third-party security tools

• Requirements Gathering:

  Collaborate with IT and security teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into robust technical solutions.

• Customization & Configuration:

  Configure and customize applications, services, forms, and scripts within ServiceNow to meet specific security operational needs.

• Monitoring & Reporting:

  Develop and manage dashboards for real-time security monitoring and generate actionable reports.

• Troubleshooting:

  Diagnose and resolve technical issues within SecOps modules and related workflows.

• Process Improvement:

  Identify and implement opportunities to improve and optimize existing security operations processes.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• ServiceNow Expertise:

  7–10 years’ experience with ServiceNow administration, implementation, and configuration across multiple modules.
• 2–4 years’ hands-on experience specifically with

  ServiceNow SecOps

  .
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in scripting, coding, and configuration within the ServiceNow platform.

• Integration Experience:

  Skilled in integrating ServiceNow with other security and IT tools.

• Analytical Thinking:

  Ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
