Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a ServiceNow role located in Hyderabad. The role entails designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing user needs, creating and optimizing workflows, maintaining ServiceNow platforms, and ensuring integration with other systems. The candidate will also troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide technical documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including workflows, forms, and scripting
• Experience with system integration, APIs, and data management
• Skills in problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and implementation
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or related tools are highly advantageous
• Experience with project management and agile methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
