Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements and design technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Implement and enhance Service Catalog, Workflows, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and CMDB modules.

Design CMDB aligned with CSDM framework; ensure data standardization.

Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and Performance Analytics.

Manage platform upgrades, patches, and Service Portal design.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools via REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.

Configure advanced features: Virtual Agent, ATF, Agent Workspace, Flow Designer.

Strong knowledge of ITOM, ITBM (SPM), ITAM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HRSD.

Apply best practices in scripting and web programming for robust solutions.

Communicate technical issues and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
