Job Description

- - Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Mobile App, Virtual Agent).
  - Build ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, Web Services (XML).
  - Perform unit, integration, performance, and user-acceptance testing.
  - Create SQL and LDAP queries; work with Oracle/MySQL/AD.
  - Apply Agile/Scrum, ITIL ;standards, and SDLC practices.
  - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required.
  - Behavioral & Additional Skills
  - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  - Provide inputs during planning and retrospectives.
  - Preferred: ServiceNow Implementation Sp
