Job Description: Sales Manager for ServiceNow Practice, Location Bangalore

Position Overview:

We are looking to expand our sales team with dynamic and results-driven Sales Professionals with experience in selling Software Platform Solutions to corporate clients in India and globally. Prior experience of Selling Software Solutions preferably from ServiceNow, Salesforce or SAP is a must! The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of relatable experience and not more than 8 years in Sales.

Requirements:

This role requires excellent communication skills, extensive knowledge of sales process and experience in selling technology solutions / platforms. The ideal candidate will actively participate in customer meetings, confidently present comprehensive solutions, and engage flexibly with potential clients, including frequent travel when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively hunt for new sales opportunities focused around ServiceNow offerings
  • Attend client meetings, showcasing strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in selling ITSM / GRC/ AI Solutions shall be preferred
  • Prior experience with mapping customer personas and account management
  • Must be able to work with CIO/CTO/CFO's efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with technical and implementation teams to provide comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Regularly travel to client sites and industry events as necessary
  • Meet and exceed quarterly set sales quota's consistently

Role Description:

This is a full-time mid-level individual position, we have openings in Bangalore, Mumbai and the NCR region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, making sales presentations, negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, and achieving quarterly set Sales quota.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Sales Strategy Development and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Sales Presentations
  • Ability to attain / exceed achieve Sales quota consistently
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Passionate and street smart

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
