About The Role : The ServiceNow developer specializing in the ITSM module will be responsible for designing ; developing; and maintaining features. The incumbent should have an advanced expertise in JavaScript programming The ability to create reports; dashboards; including Performance Analytics and prepare package and component deliveries; and a good understanding of HTML and Angular technologies. Manage tables; forms; business rules; system configuration Develop and maintain client-side scripts and server-side scripts on the ServiceNow platform. Create Business Rules and Scripted REST APIs to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency. Design and generate relevant reports to highlight information.
