Job Description

Primary Skills Java (8/11/17+) Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java EE Spring Boot Experience in building microservices using Spring Boot Microservices Architecture Deep understanding of designing and developing scalable microservices Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Hands-on experience with GCP services like GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Pub/Sub, Firestore, etc. Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Strong experience in deploying and managing containerized applications on GKE Containers & Docker Experience in building, deploying, and managing containerized applications using Docker Kubernetes Knowledge of Kubernetes concepts like Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and Helm Charts RESTful APIs Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs CI/CD Pipelines Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Cloud Build Cloud Networking Understanding of networking concepts related to cloud deployments (VPCs, Load Balancers, etc.) SQL & NoSQL Databases Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Firestore, or MongoDB Monitoring & Logging Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Google Cloud Logging, and Stackdriver Secondary Skills Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Experience in automating infrastructure using Terraform Event-Driven Architecture Experience with Pub/Sub, Kafka, or RabbitMQ Security Best Practices Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms like OAuth2, JWT, and IAM roles Testing Frameworks Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and integration testing frameworks GraphQL Familiarity with GraphQL APIs Agile Methodologies Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Performance Tuning Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot memory leaks Multi-Cloud Exposure Understanding of AWS or Azure along with GCP is a plus DevSecOps Practices Knowledge of security scanning tools like Snyk or SonarQube
