o Map (and document where needed) current support ops workflows and data models
o Translate business requirements into SN-compatible process designs
o Design resolver flows, approval chains, and support group hierarchies
o Lead functional workshops with stakeholders and support teams
o Collaborate with Client’s product managers and BSAs to ensure fit-for-purpose designs
o Document all learnings / decisions. Conduct defined level of Knowledge Transfer back to a Client’s on periodic basis
o 7+ years in ITSM process consulting or functional roles
o Expertise in SN modules: Incident, Change, Case, SAM, Knowledge
o Familiarity with large enterprise ops and legacy-to-SaaS migration strategies
o Excellent documentation, stakeholder engagement, and migration planning skills.
