Job Description

About The Role : Development and Customization:Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS1. Workflow Management:Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows1. Integration:Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs1. Performance Analysis:Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements1. Configuration Management:Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls1. Technical Documentation:Provide input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals1. Collaboration and Mentorship:Collaborate effectively with other developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers Primary Skills ServiceNow Development :Proficiency in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, and other relevant technologies. Workflow Configuration :Expertise in configuring and managing workflows within the ServiceNow platform. Integration Skills :Ability to integrate ServiceNow with other systems using APIs and web services. Problem-Solving :Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and other technical challenges. Technical Documentation :Competence in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals and system documentation.
