Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement process improvements. Develop custom scripts using scripting languages such as JavaScript or HTML to automate tasks and workflows. Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM implementations and provide technical support. Job Requirements : 6-8 years of experience in Servicenow development with expertise in ITSM module. Strong understanding of implementation and integration projects involving multiple systems. Proficiency in developing custom scripts using scripting languages like JavaScript or HTML. Experience working on large-scale IT services management projects.
