Job Description

Role & responsibilities Hands-on development experience in the ServiceNow platform notably ITSM and Scoped Apps Understanding of the key technologies used in building ServiceNow integration solutions including Integration Hub, SSO, Rest services etc. Experience with Agile and Scrum development approaches Strong experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc). Experience in loading data into SNOW from third party systems using Web Services and Import Sets. Should have experience at UI Scripting, UI Action, UI Policy, UI Macro, Business Rules, Workflow development, Flow Designer, Catalog Item. Development, Platform Administration, Reporting in ServiceNow SQL, Database view in ServiceNow Ability to create technical documentation and how to manuals for reference. Implement low code / low complexity solutions to business automation needs. Collaborate with project managers, process analysts and team leads as necessary, to ensure project risks are highlighted and timelines are met.
