Job Description

You should have strong experience in ServiceNow development, with hands-on experience in IT service management process design. You must possess an overarching understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite and a fundamental grasp of the key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions. Your ability to translate business concepts into technical solutions is crucial for this role. In addition, you should have web portal development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, Angular JS, and Bootstrap. Experience in implementing core process areas such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB is essential. Your primary skills should include ServiceNow ITSM with CSA or CAD certifications, ServiceNow Migration/Integration expertise, and scripting experience in JavaScript, Client Script, and Server Script. Overall, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical skills and competencies to drive successful ServiceNow implementations and integrations.,
