Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred). Experience: 510+ years in civil engineering, project execution, and project management. Technical Skills: Strong grasp of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and proficiency in CAD/BIM software. Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and drive project success. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills to resolve complex technical and operational issues. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
