About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in GRC/IRM modules including Risk, Policy & Compliance, and Audit. The ideal candidate will have solid technical development skills, experience customizing IRM workflows, and a strong understanding of risk processes and scoring models. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality, upgrade-safe implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance applications within the ServiceNow IRM / GRC suite (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit).
• Implement and customize risk lifecycle processes, scoring models (inherent & residual), control frameworks, and evidence collection workflows.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Configure and extend IRM modules including custom risk scoring logic, control testing workflows, issues/remediation workflows, and data models.
• Build and enhance GRC Workspaces (Risk, Compliance, Audit) and develop custom experiences using UI Builder.
• Work with REST/SOAP integrations, data imports, transform maps, and support reporting/dashboards for IRM needs.
• Ensure all implementations follow ServiceNow best practices, maintaining upgrade-safe, modular, and well-documented solutions.
• Collaborate with BA, QA, Admins, and business teams to gather requirements, refine user stories, and support testing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years overall ServiceNow development experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years or 1–2 full IRM/GRC module implementations (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit).
• Strong understanding of risk lifecycle, entity structures, scoring models (inherent/residual), controls, and compliance processes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and other server/client-side development.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Catalog/Record Producers, and IRM configurations.
• Experience creating custom risk scoring logic, workflow automation, and IRM data model extensions.
• Experience working with GRC Workspaces and UI Builder to build intuitive, modern user experiences.
• Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP), data migration, and custom reporting/dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving capability, communication skills, and comfort working in an Agile environment.
